Ingredients
6 oranges, peeled, seeded, and cut into segments
1 chipotle chile en adobo, thinly julienned
2 T. chipotle chile puree
1 t. minced fresh chives
Preparation
Thoroughly combine all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Serving suggestions: With shellfish, especially claims and mussels
Yields: 1-3/4 cups
*Chipotle chili puree Made from canned chipotle chiles en adobo. Simply puree the canned chiles with some of the adobo sauce in which the chiles are packed.
